Texas Log Cabin Pattern
Marianne Fons combined a variety of 1890s-style reproduction prints for her classic Log Cabin quilt. She arranged the blocks in a Sunshine and Shadow setting and appliqued stars where the light shirting prints come together. Marianne explains, " I grew up in Texas, and the star shape I used on the blocks and in the border reminds me of a Texas Ranger's badge" Quilt size is 66 3/4" x 93 3/4"
