The Dahlia is daunting, but the template set made it possible. I never would have attempted this, but my husband has grown these flowers for years, wanted a quilt, and our daughter, also a quilter, insisted we could do it. She, and Marti, deserve ALL the credit!

I love all of the Marti Michel templates I own (which is most of them). Every set makes it so easy to cut out the exact shape you need. While squares and triangles are easy enough to cut out using only a rotary ruler, I would never attempt to rotary cut these curved pieces without this set. I highly recommend this set if you ever want to make a Giant Dahlia.
